Our core activity is the development, manufacturing and installation of top-quality racking systems for the storage of palletized or small goods and longer items, as well as mezzanine structures.Location:Ovar, PortugalJob DescriptionAs a Process Engineer you will review and optimize the production processes of stow’s Ovar plantMain ResponsibilitiesLead cost-reduction initiatives by optimizing the use of resourcesMonitor and analyze process KPIs (yield, throughput, downtime, etc.) and drive continuous improvementWork with Production, Logistics and Maintenance teams on the shop floor to execute improvement projectsDevelop and implement standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process documentationProvide technical training and support to Production supervisors and operators QualificationsAcademic degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant areaPrevious experience in Production process engineering activities (continuous improvement is a plus)Hands-on approach, in strict collaboration with Production shopfloorProactive, autonomous player, with strong problem-solving skillsAble to analyze complex systems and develop innovative solutionsSolid communication skills, able to collaborate with several stakeholders in a team environmentEnglish fluent, both verbal and writtenResident in Ovar or nearby areaApply NowApply NowRefer a friendshare this jobBecome part of arapidly growing companyJoin the Rack Stars!follow us onprivacy policy cookie policy
