Role: Process Excellence ManagerLocation: Taguig CitySchedule: ShiftingWork Set-up: HybridEmployment Type: Full TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Process Excellence Manager who will lead our organization’s continuous improvement initiatives, optimize end-to-end business processes, and drive operational efficiency across multiple functions. This role will play a critical part in shaping scalable processes, improving service delivery, and supporting digital transformation through data-driven insights and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.Lead the design, analysis, and optimization of core business processes across departments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.Facilitate root-cause analysis, value stream mapping (VSM), and workflow assessments.Monitor process performance through dashboards, KPIs, and operational metrics.Support automation opportunities and digital transformation initiatives in partnership with IT and business units.Develop process documentation, SOPs, and standardized workflows for long-term operational sustainability.Ensure alignment of process changes with compliance, quality standards, and organizational objectives.Job QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, PDCA, or BPM frameworks (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).Proven track record of delivering measurable process efficiency outcomes.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation abilities.Exposure to automation tools (RPA, workflow systems, BPM tools).
