As a Process Excellence Specialist, you will play a key role in this transformation, driving operational improvements and helping scale our global operations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and establish global processes, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.Key responsibilities: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to design and implement clear, repeatable global processes that can be scaled for subsidiariesCoach and train colleagues in process ownership and best practices for effective process managementFacilitate workshops and events to evaluate and improve existing processes, developing target solutions for greater efficiencySupport the development of Process Excellence frameworks and tools, driving a culture of Lean and continuous improvement across the organizationWhat we're looking for: Experience working with Process Excellence in a global context, with a strong understanding of Lean methodologiesFamiliarity with Process Management Systems for process documentation and control, and process mapping toolsProven project management skills and the ability to collaborate across departments to implement process improvementsA passion for developing colleagues, with excellent communication and facilitation skillsA data-driven mindset focused on process optimization, with the ability to leverage data to support thoughtful problem-solving and improvementExperience in business transformation and a willingness to be part of an exciting change within a growing companyJoin FOSS, where process excellence and the room for improvements meet!In FOSS we have introduced FOSSFlow.
