Job DescriptionDevelop operational excellence strategy and implementation plan in line with company's objectivesDrives continuous improvement initiatives implementation which leads to Service-Level Agreement (SLA) improvements, quality improvements, productivity gain and cost reductionAccountable for maintaining and developing Operations System (i.e Fleet Management System) to support operationsExperience in managing operations' performance in terms of visibility and data readiness to support operation improvement and decision makingEnsure regular Operation Quality Assessment are done and to work with operations to improve the qualityEnsure Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Work Instructions for operations are available and updated according to the latest process changeRequirementsA bachelor's degree from any majorMinimum 2 - 5 years of experience in Logistics Express/Warehouse Company as an Operations Excellence/Continuous Improvement/Process ImprovementPrior experience and familiar with Process Improvement (lean, six sigma green belt preferred), project management, and financial analysisExcellent in problem-solving and analytical skillsGood communication skills (written and verbal)Expert facilitator and able to manage all stakeholdersLead by example and hands-on leadership style who can implement operation solution in the floorUnderstand and having experiences on implementing and improving Transport/Fleet Management System (TMS/FMS)Willing to be placed in North Jakarta and travel to other areas/regions
