Duration: 6 month contract opportunityLocation: MelbourneDaily rate: $800p.d. to $850p.d. incl superAbout the role:Exciting 6-month contract opportunity for a Process Improvement Lead with our Telco client.Your key responsibility is to lead the design of business processes to enable the deployment of new business capabilities across Networks.Key Responsibilities:1. Lead process transformation initiatives to enable the business to realize new capabilities by:a) Scoping, planning, identifying stakeholders, and scheduling process discovery and design workshopsb) Facilitating cross-functional workshops to capture current-state and define future-state processesc) Developing and maintaining BPMN 2.0-compliant Level 3 and 4 process maps and technical workflows to support business enablement and IT developmentd) Creating detailed process work instructions to support user training and adoption2. Drive continuous improvement of business process transformation methodologies, tools, and practicesRequired skills and experience:6+ years’ experience leading business process improvement projects, ideally within the telecommunications sectorProven experience across end-to-end project lifecycles, including scoping, planning, process design, development, and implementation on large IT transformation initiativesProficient in BPMN process mapping and documentation of work instructions and strong understanding of lean principlesStrong knowledge of project management principles and change managementExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsEffective communicator with the ability to scope, estimate, schedule, and report on project progressBachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related fieldDesirableLean Six Sigma Black Belt certificationSignavio experienceNext Steps:Does this sound like you?
