Process Improvement Manager We're looking for a Process Improvement Manager to join our large, publicly traded client. The Process Improvement Manager will streamline operations, and lead cross-functional projects across the global business. You'll focus on optimizing key processes like order-to-cash, source-to-pay, and record-to-report, ensuring smooth, compliant, and customer-focused operations.What You'll DoLead process improvement and reengineering initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and PMI methodsMap, analyze, and redesign workflows to boost efficiency and controlManage end-to-end process improvement projects across teams and functionsPartner with IT and vendors to enhance ERP capabilitiesEducate stakeholders on process impacts and drive successful change adoptionChampion a customer-first mindset while ensuring strong internal controls What You'll BringBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial or Systems Engineering, or related field5+ years of hands-on process improvement experienceStrong knowledge of ERP systems and transactional accountingAccounting understandingBackground in SQL and relational databasesProven track record in process mapping, documentation, and transformation projectsLean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; PMP certification a plusCollaborative leader skilled in driving cross-functional change Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
