Process Lead

Are you a proactive leader with a solid understanding of warehouse operations? A global player in the eyewear industry is looking for a Process Lead to support day-to-day logistics activities and ensure smooth and efficient warehouse workflows. The company specializes in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of premium eyewear, working with renowned international brands.In this role, you’ll report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor and act as a key link between warehouse staff and management. You’ll oversee workload distribution, monitor quality and productivity, and help drive operational improvements.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesProvide daily operational support within the warehouse.Allocate workforce based on workload and realign headcount as needed.Monitor individual and team productivity and quality.Act as the first point of contact for warehouse employees within your process group.Train team members and share operational knowledge.Identify and resolve recurring issues.Suggest improvements for workflow and operational efficiency.Conduct quality checks related to specific processes.Run and analyze reports to track performance.Report and assist in resolving discrepancies.Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.Ensure a clean, safe, and organized working environment.Signal training needs among team members.QualificationsMinimum MBO level education or equivalent.Proven experience in a warehouse or production environment.Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).Confident using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); SAP knowledge is a plus.Ability to train others and share expertise.Well-organized, accurate, and proactive.Able to set priorities and handle stress effectively.Team-oriented but capable of working independently.Big-picture thinker with a hands-on approach to problem solving.Willingness to work rotating shifts (Between 06:00 and 23:00).Full-time availability (40 hours per week), on-site.OfferCompetitive salary: €2,900 gross/month (full-time).8% holiday allowance.30 vacation days per year + 1 floating day (full-time).Travel allowance.Employee eyewear benefits (1 free frame, plus up to 6 discounted frames annually).Regular company events (e.g. seasonal parties, padel tournaments, food trucks, etc.).Be part of a global leader in the eyewear sector.Inclusive, supportive company culture focused on teamwork and growth.
