We’re currently looking for a Process Lead to join their warehouse operations team.In this role, you'll report to the Warehouse Supervisor and share responsibility for ensuring all warehouse tasks are completed according to established guidelines and procedures. You’ll coordinate headcount in relation to the daily workload and actively monitor the performance of the assigned process area throughout the day.You’ll also be responsible for tracking productivity and quality within your process group. As the first point of contact for warehouse employees in your area, you’ll provide support, answer questions, and resolve any issues as they arise.With strong process knowledge, you’ll be expected to identify and resolve recurring problems and propose improvements that contribute to more efficient operations. You’ll also be expected to meet daily targets and may rotate across different areas within the warehouse as needed.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day operational support.Prioritize workload, including managing headcount and follow-ups throughout the day.Monitor individual and team productivity and quality within the designated process group.Serve as the primary point of contact for all warehouses within the assigned process group.Train employees and facilitate knowledge sharing related to the process group.Identify and resolve recurring issues.Recommend improvements to current workflows to enhance operational efficiency.Generate and analyze reports.Conduct quality checks to ensure process compliance.Review and adjust headcount to meet the needs of the process group.Report and assist in resolving any discrepancies.Monitor overall workload within the process group.Ensure a clean, safe, and organized working environment.Maintain communication with both internal and external customers.Identify and communicate employee training needs.QualificationsMinimum MBO-level qualification.Prior experience in a warehouse or production setting.Strong skills in training and knowledge sharing.Highly organized, detail-focused, proactive, and reliable.Ability to effectively set priorities and manage tasks.Resilient and composed under pressure.Able to maintain a broad, strategic "helicopter view."Proficient with PC applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.Experience with SAP is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Available for full-time work.Willingness to work rotating shifts between 06:00 and 20:00.OfferGross annual salary of €34,992Full-time contract (40 hours per week)Fixed-term duration of 7 monthsStart date: ASAPOne-month notice period30 days of annual leave, 1 floating day, and replacement days for public holidays falling on weekendsOne free sunglass frame per yearDiscount on up to 6 additional frames annually€2.15 net per day worked from home
