The role combines analytical rigor, creativity, and strategic thinking to identify opportunities, streamline workflows, and implement process automation solutions that elevate operational excellence and customer satisfaction.PS: Banking background is a must for this role.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and redesign end-to-end business processes across retail and corporate banking, identifying inefficiencies, improvement areas, and transformation opportunities.Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience by diagnosing process pain points and developing innovative solutions aligned with digitalization goals.Establish process performance frameworks, define KPIs and SLAs, and ensure regular monitoring and reporting to senior management.Coordinate with business and IT units to identify and execute RPA (Robotic Process Automation) opportunities using tools such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Blue Prism.Oversee process documentation and mapping activities (Visio, ARIS, Ensemble), ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design seamless workflows for new products and services.Benchmark against global best practices and drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational agility.Act as a key transformation partner across the organization, fostering communication, innovation, and stakeholder alignment.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematical Engineering, or related fields.Minimum 8 years of experience in banking, particularly in process management, and/or digital transformation.Strong knowledge of process modeling tools (ARIS, Visio, Ensemble) and hands-on experience in RPA technologies (Automation Anywhere, UI Path, Bluprism).Proven expertise in defining KPIs, process metrics, and performance tracking mechanisms.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across technical and business teams.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with a proactive and creative mindset.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
