6 month contract to startHybrid 3 days/week downtown Toronto JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Process Manager to lead initiatives focused on identifying and closing process gaps, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational efficiency. This role involves designing and executing test case scenarios, translating business requirements into clear SOPs, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT). The ideal candidate will be proficient in PowerApps and PowerBI, capable of basic process mapping in PowerPoint, and familiar with consumer protection regulations such as Bill 64 and C86. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, update change management materials, and prepare proposals for executive review. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll be presenting recommendations to senior leadership and influencing decision-making at the highest levels.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEExperience identifying and resolving process gaps Familiarity with Nimbus, Vosio, and book of record systems Proficiency in PowerApps and PowerBI Ability to design test case scenarios, build requirements, and translate them into SOPs Basic process mapping skills using PowerPointNICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEExperience with Nimbus and analyzing regulatory changes to identify process gaps Ability to recommend and implement new processes Hands-on participation in UAT: test case prep, execution, and validation support Experience updating SOPs and change management materials for front-line teams
