Process Operator

The CompanyOur client is a leader in global healthcare with a strong presence in the Netherlands, working on both human and animal health innovations.About the RoleAs a Process Operator , you’ll be responsible for supporting daily manufacturing and production operations. You’ll work with assembly, machinery, processing, and packaging, ensuring that production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained. This role involves hands-on operational work, monitoring processes, and collaborating with team members to keep everything running smoothly.Responsibilities- Oversee and execute manufacturing and production activities, including assembly, machine operation, processing, and packaging.- Set up and adjust production schedules based on demand, equipment availability, materials, and staffing.- Carry out preparatory and finishing work for production, following established procedures and planning.- Monitor daily production processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations.- Work independently with moderate supervision, escalating issues as needed.- Support on-the-job training and help onboard new team members.- Maintain accurate records of production activities and report any deviations or incidents.Requirements- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or food industry.- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and safety protocols.- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.- Good communication skills in Dutch and English.Other InformationOn-the-job training provided.Working starting hours 7:30 till 16:00
