You’re supported by passionate teammates along the way, and our collective, collaborative spirit fuels our incredible progress.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for the day-to-day manufacturing needs for their assigned areaProvides data for the achievement of targets that have been set in KPI (Yield, Waste, Utilization, Efficiency, CRP, TIR, PRFT, Quality complains etc.) by considering the safety aspect of work.Achieve safety, quality productivity, efficiency, customer service, cost, and employee engagement objectives through both individual and team contributions.Provides direction, leadership, development, and support to direct reports through empowerment, teamwork, on-the-job assignments, and continuous improvement projects and initiatives.Develops, implements, and promotes safety programs and safe work practices through involvement in plant safety team programs and initiatives.Develops, promotes, and supports continuous improvement and other cross functional initiatives.Owns and leads the implementation of the KHMS standard as outlined in the plant accountability list.Strive to maximize the efficiency of the plant/department by submitting and implementing process improvements.Ensures the quality of our products and our workplace by following all procedures and guidelines.Comply with all established GMP, HACCP guidelines, housekeeping responsibilities and KHMS operating procedures.Responsible for the implementation of ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management System) in the line area.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceHave minimal 2 years of experience in the same fieldStrong leadership abilities, positive attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills.Strong planning/organizational skillsUnderstanding of requirements and importance of documentation
