Location: Fort Erie (Day-1 onsite)Need strong profile with Aerospace Background Job Description:Role Overview:The Process Planner will oversee the strategic transfer of fuselage assembly operations from different facilities across Canada, ensuring seamless transition, minimal disruption, and optimized production efficiency. Key Responsibilities:✅ Transfer Planning & Execution: Develop and implement a structured transition plan for fuselage System assemblies relocation.✅ Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with Operations and logistics Team, ensuring logistics, material flow, and stakeholders alignment for uninterrupted movement & installation.✅ Facility Readiness & Infrastructure Setup: Collaborate with engineering & operations teams to prepare new plant for fuselage assembly operations.✅ Regulatory & Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to aviation industry standards, safety protocols, and quality control measures.✅ Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, logistics, and leadership teams to align transfer objectives.✅ Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify potential operational risks and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions.✅ Process Optimization: Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency post-transfer. Qualifications & Skills:🔹 Experience: 8+ years of aerospace manufacturing industry and working experience in operations or planning is must,.🔹 Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with fuselage assembly processes, tooling, and production workflows or Aero specific fabrications / Assembly manufacturing.🔹 Project Management: Strong expertise in transition planning, scheduling, execution and able to negotiate with multiple stakeholders ensuring the project success.🔹 Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of aviation industry standards (AS9100, Transport Canada, FAA).🔹 Communication & Leadership: Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive operational success.🔹 Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.Share cv on suyagya.dobhal@wireframesolutions.ca
