IProMの尊重と徹底CLEANに沿って、プロジェクト目標を達成するための産業スケジュール、リソース、予算を管理する製品の製造と組み立てに責任を持つ工業的側面に関するチームの管理（工具、バイヤー、ロジスティクスなど、他の PTM やコントリビューターなど）標準が満たされていない場合、管理者に警告する社内または社外（顧客、サプライヤー）の会議で、プロジェクトの産業組織を代表するプロジェクトチームとともに、パフォーマンスとコスト目標を達成するためのプロセスを定義する工程開発中、安全およびVPSの規則とガイドラインを尊重し、その遵守を徹底する製品開発チームとの十分な連携を図り、同時にエンジニアリングを行うプロセス開発文書の管理IProM の 「連続生産 」活動の一環として、段階的に量を増やしながら、全日稼動後、顧客 の生産開始を完璧にするための連続生産前試験を実施し、P1 プロジェクトマネージャーによる安 全始動チェックリストの評価と、関連するアクションプランの作成と実施に参加するプロジェクトのレビューのために IVC への出席を要請された場合、IVC でのレビューで工業プロジェクトの工業的側面を紹介し、必要に応じて問題をエスカレーションする顧客満足のための適切な管理活動の尊重を確保する顧客、製品、サービスの適合性を保証するためのすべての品質基準（P-FMEA、管理計画、SPPCリスト...）HSE（健康、安全、環境）システムに準拠した、環境、健康、安全リスク防止に関するすべての基準サイトの安全、品質、環境方針の該当セクションを管理する【必須】日本語N3以上英語ビジネスレベルスケジュール管理経験（優先順位が明確にできる）品質管理経験（3年～）※FMEAを駆使し、リスクヘッジ経験尚可レポート経験（PTM→サイトマネージャー、クライアント）【歓迎】自動車業界の経験FMEAを駆使し、リスクヘッジした経験日本語N2【その他】年収：7.8M ※スキル・経験による（応相談）チーム構成：15～20名前後Respect and ensure respect of IProMManage the industrial schedule, resources and budget to reach the project Target, in line with CLEAN.Responsible for the manufacturing and assembly of the productManage team regarding industrial aspects (other PTM & Contributors, such as: Tooling, Buyer, Logistics …)Alert the managers when standards are not metRepresent the industrial organisation of the project in internal or external (customers, suppliers) meetings.Define with the project team the process, in order to meet performance and cost targets.Respect and ensure respect of safety and VPS rules and guidelines during the process development.Ensure adequate interaction with the product development team to perform simultaneous engineering.Manage the process development documentation.Organize pre-serial trials as part of ‘Serial production’ activity of IProM, of progressively increased volumes, to achieve flawless Customer Start Of Production, after Full Day Production Run; Participate to the Safe Start Checklist evaluation by the P1 Project Manager and the preparation and implementation of the related Action Plan.Upon requested attendance in IVC for review of a project he/she is in charge regarding the industrial tasks, introduce the industrial aspects of an industrial project in the IVC review and escalate issues if necessary.Ensure respect ofProperly manage activities for Customer satisfaction.All Quality standards to guarantee our customers, products and services conformity (P-FMEA, Control plan, SPPC list…).All standards in terms of environment, health and safety risks prevention compliant with the HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) system.Manage applicable sections of the Safety, Quality and Environment Policy of the site.
