Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Process Quality Engineer.What You’ll DoJob SummaryThis position provides support to operations by allocating resources to audit the process or products. This position will ensure the plant's compliance with process or product specifications. The quality engineer will also interact with customers to address and solve quality issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.Job Responsibilities Define, specify, and implement quality standards and procedures for manufacturing processes. Assure that product shipped meets internal and external customer requirements. Develop and implement corrective actions. Prepare corrective action responses necessary. Host Source inspectors and/or Customer Auditors as needed. Provide technical support to both internal and external customers and suppliers as needed. Formulate and implement quality assurance procedures, policies, and standards. Lead Quality Inspectors, training and development. Internal PPAP preparation and process approvals. Lead and take part of the Material Review Board.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, from an accredited institution. 5 years in Quality Engineering Technical knowledgeAbility to read and understand blue prints, specifications, and requirements including GD&T.Experience using PC configured with MS Windows OS. Familiarity with MS Office software is desiredPreferred experience on Electrical or Metal Mechanical Industry.Prior supervisory experience is preferred.Experience in performing Quality audits.Technical proficiency in Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) models.English conversational Level.Valid VisaCore tools proficiencySkills Experience leading people.
