Process Quality Engineer

About the team: We are looking for a Process Quality Engineer for our Sakarya location. What you can look forward to as Process Quality Engineer:Manage Quality Planning for new & key changes to achieve Safe Launch, Quality KPIs Targets and Customer Satisfaction.Drive the understanding of Customer requirements related to quality planning such as safe launch planning, Process Readiness Audit, etc.) to ensure SOP readiness and safe launch.Drive completion of APQP and PPAP processes to obtain customer approval.Drive the identification of lessons learned and the implementation of read-across activities, generating new lessons learned in the preSOP phase.Coordination of the processing of 0km complaints, support problem solving, Error analysis, definition, implementation and effectiveness check of remedial and improvement measures, avoidance of repeat errorsGEMBA problem solving methods - cooperation with the employees on siteCreation and implementation of quality concepts, work and process instructions Your Profile as Process Quality Engineer:: Knowledge and experience in quality planning, quality management systems, quality tools, and methods; deep understanding of the ZF GDPEP process and quality standards; and Solid technical background regarding similar product technologies.Problem-solving skillsMin 3 years’ experience on automotive manufacturing quality area Fluent English, German is an asset Knowledge and experience on APQP / PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, 8D, 5S - 6 Sigma, Kaizen is preferred Knowledge about SAP usage is preferred Ability to use Office Programs very well and effectively Strong reporting and presentation skills Good team player, result-oriented, analytical thinker Why should you choose ZF:• An employment contract in a stable, global company,• Hybrid system work (depends on the position), • Private health insurance and employee package • Good working atmosphere; working in an international team, interesting projects, and tasks.
