Process Reengineering Officer (Junior Officer)

Role Overview The Process Re-engineering Officer drives continuous improvement across Maybank’s operations by reviewing, redesigning, and implementing business processes that enhance customer service, operational efficiency, and compliance. The role ensures that bank policies and procedures align with industry standards and best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end process improvement projects (local and regional).Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and recommend follow-through actions.Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess process effectiveness.Benchmark with other banks and research best practices for adoption.Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts to validate process enhancements.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business or related field.Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience, preferably in process improvement or bank operations.At least 1 year of experience in policy or manual documentation.
