Job Description
As a Process Risk Management Representative, you'll conduct and assess process risks and will support Air Liquide sites in implementing and reviewing validated risk reduction measures. You'll also advise engineering teams on mitigation, manage know-how transfers, and perform root cause analysis of safety events. As a Process Risk Manager Representative you'll manage different sites in BENL region (Rozenburg, Breda, Bergen op Zoom, Terneuzen & Antwerp), therefore a good expertise in English & Dutch are required.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?As Process Risk Management Representative your mission is to: Conduct process risk assessments taking into account the site specific environment; Support the sites in the implementation of the validated process risk reduction measures; Perform reviews in the field to confirm the effectiveness of the validated process risk reduction measures; Advise the engineering teams regarding the risk mitigation measures; Liaise regularly with the prevention advisor to ensure the operational safety is also correctly managed. Assess and conduct root causes analysis of process safety events in collaboration with the site. Together with the existing operational departments you prepare annual risk assessments plans to ensure compliance at all times. You manage know-how transfers and support to other risk assessors in the organisation.We are looking for an energetic and assertive high potential with strong drive, motivated to step into the Air Liquide SHEQ/RM world, where autonomy and proactivity are highly appreciated. An experience of 3 years in Industrial Operations is highly appreciated.Preferably 3 years of proven experience in industrial operations: Good working knowledge relating to a wide variety of industrial operations and processes Risk management tools skills (LOPA, ARA/GRA, FMEA ; HAZOP...)
