Job Title: Process Designer – FunctionalOverview:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Process Designer – Functional with experience in financial services or a related domain. The ideal candidate will design, document, and improve business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, best practices, and Agile delivery frameworks. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills to deliver effective and scalable process solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design, document, and optimize business processes and workflows using ARIS for process design and architecture.Support process analysis and blueprinting initiatives across large, complex, and global enterprises.Align process design and improvement methods with Agile-based project delivery approaches.Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, validate process designs, and ensure stakeholder alignment.Utilize Project Management tools and methods (e.g., Clarity, Azure DevOps (ADO), MS Project) to plan, track, and report project progress.Develop and maintain data and reporting dashboards (e.g., in MS Excel) for project KPIs, status updates, and performance tracking.Collaborate effectively using MS Teams, SharePoint, and Confluence for documentation and communication.Support financial and contract management activities, ensuring adherence to budget and compliance requirements.Prepare project documentation, process maps, and operational manuals.Contribute to continuous process improvement and promote best practices within the organization.Skills & Competencies:Strong understanding of financial services processes, systems, and products.Proficiency in ARIS for process design and architecture.Proficiency in ADO (Azure DevOps) and MS Office suite.Skilled in data and reporting tools, including dashboards, KPI tracking, and status reporting.Excellent workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication (written and verbal) skills.Strong conceptual and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate complex business policies into actionable processes.Demonstrated experience in project leadership and delivery, financial and resource management, and process improvement.Effective team collaboration, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.High flexibility and ability to adapt to changes or ad hoc issues in a fast-paced environment.Strong prioritization and time management skills for balancing multiple projects.Proven ability to identify and implement creative solutions and make effective recommendations.Excellent relationship-building and customer-focused approach to ensure optimal process solutions.
