Join us in advancing our mission to extend lives and expand possibilities.Role OverviewThe Process Transformation/ Continuous Improvement Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across Finance Operations. This role is responsible for identifying inefficiencies, analyzing root causes, and implementing sustainable solutions that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and support strategic transformation. The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem solver with a passion for process optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and change enablement.What You'll DoAutomation & Solution DevelopmentDesign, develop, test and deploy automation solution using RPA tools (e.g. UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere) and low/no-code platforms (e.g. Microsoft PowerApps).Build proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and production-ready solution that integrate with ERP and other enterprise systems.Process Analysis & OptimizationPartner with stakeholders to map and document current and future state processes.Identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization, and automation through data-driven insights.Use tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro to visualize and communicate process improvements.Data-Driven Insights & Performance MonitoringDesign and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and process health metrics using Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools.Perform root cause analysis using statistical methods and stakeholder feedback to validate improvement hypotheses.Translate insights into actionable recommendations and measurable outcomes.Change Enablement & CollaborationServe as a change agent by promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.Collaborate with IT, Finance, HR, and other functions to ensure seamless integration of process changes.Deliver training and communication plans to support adoption of new processes and tools.Governance & ReportingMaintain a centralized repository of process documentation, SOPs, and improvement logs.Prepare executive-level reports and presentations to communicate progress, risks, and ROI of initiatives.Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.TravelOccasional travel to domestic and international sites may be required.What You'll BringEducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Experience & Certifications3+ years of experience in process improvement, business transformation, or automation development roles.Proficiency with RPA tools (e.g. UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere) and/or Low/No Code Platform (e.g. Power Apps, Power BI).Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBA, JavaScript) is a strong plus.Experience Lean Six Sigma or Agile certification preferred but not essential.Familiarity with finance operations, shared services, or global business services environments.Technical SkillsHands-on development and debugging capabilities in automation platform.Good understanding of APIs, data integration, and workflow automation.Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and their impact on process design.Soft SkillsStrategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to influence across levels and functions.Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, pharma, finance).Experience implementing AI-driven automation solutions (e.g. Intelligent Character Recognition, chatbots)Exposure to transformation management offices (TMOs) or enterprise PMOs.What We OfferProbation period of 3 months and then for an indefinite period;Competitive salary, annual bonuses, recognition award program;A workplace environment that is based on our values: collaboration, speed, courage, and simplicity;Possibilities for development on a personal and professional level in one of the top globalMedTechcompanies;Package of benefits including Private medical care (Lux Med), Life Insurance, and Multisport card;Bax4U - cafeteria/lunch cards (300 PLN monthly);PPE program with very attractive conditions available for each employee after 3 months;Fully covered language courses (English or other languages according to business needs);Co-financing of holidays and an additional 2 days off from work annually;Additional extra day for birthday;Warsaw office location - Powiśle!Reasonable AccommodationVantive is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities globally.
