Process Transformation Excellence (Contract Based)

Job Description:Support improvement initiatives for consignment business processes, especially within Modern Trade channels.Optimize end-to-end consignment workflow (Order to Cash), including SOPs, roles & responsibilities, and account agreements.Drive enhancements in consignment master data and sell-in/sell-out data integration with account systems and POS platforms.Improve stock management effectiveness and efficiency across consignment channels.Build and maintain integrated dashboards to monitor store performance and compliance (e.g., iSeller, auto-replenishment, inventory control).Troubleshoot API and POS issues related to consignment operations and support field execution teams.Collaborate with key stakeholders (marketing, commercial, IT, operations) to enable process automation, transparency, and scalability.Identify risks in consignment operations and implement mitigation strategies, including fraud prevention.Explore and unlock opportunities to grow the consignment business through data analysis and operational transformationRequirements:Bachelor's degree, related to Data analysisMinimum 1 year of experience in process transformation, supply chain operations, retail business, analyst data, or a related role.Background in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management is highly preferred.Experience in data processing and visualization (e.g., Tableau, Python).Skilled in building dashboards and using data for gap analysis and process improvement.Strong analytical and business thinking capabilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to coordinate with operational and area teams.Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
