The ideal candidate excels at managing teams, ensuring product quality, and overseeing all processing workflows from raw materials to finished goods.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee daily processing operations including trimming, packaging, and quality control to meet production targetsMaintain cleanliness and proper functioning of processing equipment and facilitiesManage and mentor processing staff, promoting a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvementEnsure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and best industry practicesKeep accurate records of processing activities and report on performance and issuesIdentify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive measuresCollaborate with quality assurance, cultivation, and compliance teams to optimize product output and qualityRequirementsMinimum 1 year of supervisory experience in processing or production operations, ideally in cannabis processingStrong knowledge of product handling, packaging, and quality controlAbility to lead and mentor teams effectivelyFluency in English; professional command of French and/or Spanish is an advantageProactive problem-solving skills and attention to safetyFamiliarity with health and safety regulations relevant to processing environmentsWork ConditionsOnsite work in Breitenbach, Solothurn Canton, Switzerland — accessible by train via Basel and nearby stations in Laufen and Zwingen
