Your role will involve creating and executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues. Your experience in the tolling industry will be highly valuable as you work on cutting-edge projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop, document, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications.
Execute manual test cases, identify, and report defects, and verify fixes. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing. Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities are not affected by new changes. Conduct exploratory testing to uncover potential issues and improve application quality. Maintain and update test documentation and test environments as needed. Participate in test planning, reviews, and project meetings to provide input and feedback. Ensure compliance with company quality standards and processes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
6-12 years of proven experience in manual testing, with a strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC). Experience in the tooling industry is highly preferred. Proficient in creating detailed test cases and test plans. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems is a plus.
