Information Security Specialist - Information Security Function

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Information Security Specialist. The primary objective of the Information Security Function is to safeguard the bank’s corporate assets, while ensuring that all security requirements are effectively met across business operations. The Information Security Specialist will play a key role in protecting sensitive customer data and maintaining the integrity of our bank’s operations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Risk Management, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

Information Technology (IT)Information Security (IS)AuditRisk ManagementFamiliarity with IT/IS industry standards and best practices. Formal certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISM, or similar are a plus or are highly recommended for mid-term career development. Additional qualifications, courses, or certifications are considered a strong advantage. Clear understanding and practical experience of information security principles and controls. Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written). Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.  Logical, efficient, and highly detail oriented. Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving and continuous learning. Main duties and responsibilities:

Coordinating the implementation of the Information Security and Business Continuity PolicyEnsuring compliance with local requirements, rules and regulationsLeading in the development of information security policies, standards, guidelines, processes, and proceduresHandling IS incidents in cooperation with the other departments of the bankPerforming IS risk assessments with assets owners, preparing recommendations and providing the summary results for management approvalProviding security opinions on the implementation of new processes and systemsMaintaining, operating and optimizing existing information security toolsEnsuring information security awareness and training for all staff and appropriate levels of IS for the services provided by 3rd partiesPoint of contact for all issues related to Information SecurityProCredit Bank sh.
