Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Specialist

Job SummaryThis role involves managing requisition-to-PO transactions, resolving supplier invoice discrepancies, and generating operational reports. The candidate will have hands-on experience with procurement tools, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesExecute P2P transactions with high accuracy, including requisition creation, PO issuance, and MRP runs. Manage catalogs, master data (MDM), spot buys, and helpdesk queries. Resolve invoice mismatches and supplier payment issues in coordination with AP and procurement teams. Generate and analyze reports related to P2P performance, supplier compliance, and operational KPIs. Support catalog enablement and maintenance activities. Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to ensure seamless operations. Maintain strong documentation and audit trails for all transactions. Escalate issues appropriately and seek guidance when neededJob QualificationsKNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTSIntermediate understanding of P2P operations. Experience in procurement tools (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, etc.). Basic analytical skills and ability to interpret data. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Foundational knowledge of project management and automation tools (e.g., MS Visio,PowerPoint, RPA). Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (required). Master’s degree (preferred).
