Job Type: ContractWork period: Full-TimeDuration: 12 month contractLocation: London, United KingdomVisa Sponsorship: Not AvailableElevate Your Career in Procurement Advisor with AirswiftJoin a leading organization in the oil and gas industry as a Procurement Advisor, where your expertise in contract negotiation and procurement processes will drive success in a dynamic environment.Role OverviewPreparation of Procurement enquiry documents.Undertake formal bid evaluations.Involvement in pre-award negotiations.Prepare contracts for execution.Implementation/amendment of Contracts as appropriate.Liaise with operations and administration personnel to develop contractual strategies.Commercially evaluate bids and coordinate technical evaluations of tenders.Participate in meetings to resolve contractual and commercial conflicts.Assist in negotiating terms and conditions, assessing risks and liabilities.Advise on the interpretation of contract terms post-execution.Maintain awareness of market conditions through liaison with external suppliers.Skills & QualificationsContract Negotiation: Proven skills in negotiating terms and conditions.Bidding Process: Experience in managing formal bid evaluations.Procurement: Strong understanding of procurement procedures and policies.SAP: Detailed working knowledge of SAP systems.Electronic Tendering Systems: Familiarity with electronic tendering platforms.Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Education & ExperienceDegree qualified in a Business or Commercial subject (preferred).Experience: Demonstrated pre-award procurement experience in oil and gas drilling, EPC, and decommissioning.Pay & BenefitsCompetitive daily rate (PAYE).Full-time contract for 12 months with potential for extension.Unlock your potential with Airswift.
