We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Procurement Associate to join our team and contribute to a strategic digital transformation project.The Role: The Procurement Associate will play a key role in supporting the global implementation of our new ERP system, contributing to the optimization of purchasing processes and the promotion of sustainable operations. This will be a unique opportunity to work on a high-impact project and develop skills in an international and innovative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide active support to the global implementation project of the SAP S4 system.Collaborate with the Procurement team to ensure the integration of sustainability practices into operations.Offer support to the Indirect Procurement team, in line with the new organizational model (TOM).Who We Are Looking ForPrior work experience (2/3 years), preferably in Procurement or in roles involving support for complex projects.Strong interest in purchasing processes and sustainability.Ability to work in a team and adapt to dynamic environments.Proactivity and results-orientation.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ERP systems (especially SAP) will be considered an advantage.Knowledge of company systems and dynamics will be considered a plus.Fluent in English and Italian.What We OfferA unique opportunity to contribute to a global digital transformation project.A stimulating and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for professional growth A fixed-term contract of approximately 2 years, with the chance to make a significant mark on our innovation journey.At Syngenta Biologicals, we believe human diversity.
