Reporting to VGA’s Head of Group Procurement, the Procurement Business Partner will act as a trusted strategic advisor to internal stakeholders at a Group level across the entire portfolio of Volkswagen brands. This role will lead, develop and execute sourcing strategies and initiatives in line with the Procurement vision to achieve company goals.Your Main Responsibilities Will IncludeLead and deliver strategic sourcing projects for assigned categories and sub-categoriesEffectively partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver value and benefits to VGALead complex commercial negotiations and contract managementSupplier relationship management and monitoring contracted SLAs and KPIsConduct analysis of spend and supply markets to identify new opportunitiesCollaborate with Global and Regional Procurement teams to drive efficiencies and synergiesEnsure compliance with the Procurement policies and procedures, code of conduct, ethical practices and adhere to all relevant laws and regulationsAbout YouTo succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following:Extensive experience in Strategic Procurement or indirect procurementStrong experience in strategic sourcing, category management and contract managementExperience in managing multiple indirect procurement categoriesEvidence of successfully managing complex tenders and negotiationsWell-developed skills in communicating complex themes effectively to diverse audiencesConfidence in influencing without authorityA natural tendency for looking outside the box for solutionsAbility to adopt a pragmatic approach to drive efficiency and prioritise work with impactFinance, Business, Commerce or law Qualification requiredOur Benefits, Rewards And Recognition Include A culture of continuous learning, growth and development.
