Procurement Buyer - Food Industry up to 12M JPYA leading company in the global food industry is looking for an experienced Procurement Buyer to join their Tokyo team. This role offers the chance to work internationally and grow within a company that values career development and innovation. The position includes a hybrid work model, with two days of remote work each week.As a Procurement Buyer, you will manage procurement for various food categories like fresh produce, prepared foods, dairy, and meat. You will report to the Purchasing Director or a Senior Manager. Your main tasks will include reducing costs and increasing value through supplier negotiations and effective category management.主要業務内容- 調達戦略を策定・実施し、競争力のある食品原材料を確保するためにサプライヤーと交渉し、新しい生産地域を探索しながら強固なベンダー関係を築きます。- コスト削減と原材料の最適化を目的とした年間予算を作成・管理します。- ビジネスユニットやメニュー開発チームと連携し、店舗や顧客のニーズを満たす調達戦略を構築します。- サプライヤーの選定・評価を行い、信頼性のあるサプライチェーンを維持します。- 市場動向や競合他社の活動に関する情報を収集し、調達判断に活用します。応募資格・スキル- 強力な交渉スキルと分析スキル- プロジェクト管理能力- 強力なコミュニケーション能力- （歓迎）英語または中国語能力- 食品サービス、流通、製造業界での購買経験- （歓迎）新しい食品製品や原材料の開発経験- 食品への情熱と結果重視の姿勢
