Procurement Category Lead

Baladna Food Industry, a leading name in the region’s food and beverage sector, is seeking a Procurement Category Lead to join our dedicated team in Cairo, Egypt! We are looking for a results-driven procurement professional with a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record in optimizing category strategies. This role plays a pivotal part in enhancing procurement efficiency and driving operational excellence within our fast-paced food manufacturing environment.Core Requirements: Must have extensive and proven experience of minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in procurement, with a strong focus on CAPEX and indirect categories.Prior experience in the GCC region is highly preferred.Prior experience in the Foreign procurement is highly preferred. Strong English communication skills, as most of the team operates in English.Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and contract negotiation.If you fit the needed criteria we encourage you to apply!
