Procurement Contract Specialist

Akkodis is seeking a Procurement/Contracting Analyst for a contract position with a client in Toronto, ON (Hybrid). Ideally looking for experience with Review data in contract repository and inventory it based on the information provided, SAP Ariba, Excel, Sharepoint, two years of contracting experience (MSA's, SOWs, Order Forms etc), familiarity with SAP Ariba contracts module, strong attention to detail, strong customer service focus, and good knowledge of MS Excel preference would be someone with the required skills and experience, particularly in large organizations. Job Title: Procurement/Contracting Analyst; 2-month contract; 2 positions; 100% remote roleNotes:Looking to bring in a couple temporary contractors to assist with a cleanup of contract records. They would need to have a decent familiarity with ow contracts are structured and where to find relative information but they do not need to negotiate contractsIs this for a specific project? It is to cleanup some contract data in support of our Source to Pay project rollout.Senior vs. Junior/Intermediate - Define the reason this is at the senior vs. junior/intermediate level. Is it complexity or is it delivery?This would be a junior/intermediate skill level. It is routine data entry however the person needs to be able to work independently and have a good understanding of how contracts work. They do not need to negotiate contracts.What are the main 3-5 responsibilities of this resource?
