Krakow - Malopolskie - PolandProcurement Contracts Administrator (EMEA & APAC)About The RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Contracts Administrator to manage and administer supplier contracts, certifications, and documentation. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with CBRE's Sourcing Playbook and client requirements. You will play a vital role in maintaining strong vendor relationships and ensuring the smooth operation of contracted services. What You Will Do Manage our vendors' database and administer agreements for contracted services, including preparing new contracts, renewals, and amendments. Collaborate with the Sourcing Contracts Manager and legal teams to ensure contract provisions are current and compliant. Coordinate the contract formation, review, and execution process with central sourcing, account leadership, suppliers, and client representatives. Coordinate compliance procedures with vendors, including the collection and verification of licensing and insurance certificates. Maintain a contract database and generate required scheduled and on-demand reports. Monitor and evaluate vendor performance using established processes and systems. Administer the Supplier Performance Management (SPM) process, coordinating with internal and external contributors, and preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders (suppliers and clients). Coordinate contractual support for special facility maintenance and repair projects. What You Will Need High School diploma required. 2+ years of experience in customer service, contract administration, administration support, or a similar role. Fluent English and very good Polish. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to understand and interpret instructions, correspondence, and memos, and respond to inquiries and present information effectively. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles, including the ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages. Ability to solve problems in standard situations and possess basic analytical skills.
