Role : Procurement & Contracts Controller [EMARATI TALENT]Location : Dubai, UAE.Salary : Salary AED 45,000 + benefits for self& family + education assistance.Candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end procurement & contract management processes with a strong focus on cost efficiency and strategic value creation.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement procurement strategies Identify and evaluate potential suppliers Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance supplier performanceOversee the procurement budgetDraft, review, negotiate, and manage supplier and service contracts in collaboration with the legal department.Monitor contract performance and ensure deliverables, SLAs, and KPIs are met.Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations efficiently.Establish and monitor procurement controls to ensure compliance with corporate policies and audit requirements.Analyze procurement data and report on cost trends, savings, and supplier performance metrics.Support financial forecasting, budgeting, and spend analysis.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or Law (Master’s degree preferred).5–8 years of experience in procurement, contracts management, or supply chain governance.Proven experience in strategic sourcing and contract negotiation.
