Bellwether are Principal Contractors providing Project Delivery expertise who also provide Project Management and Engineering support to private and government clients across Australia since our inception in 2011.We’re led by an inclusive management team, and our people come from major infrastructure backgrounds, bringing with them hands-on experience in the planning and delivery of some of Australia’s biggest and iconic infrastructure projects.Due to our continued growth, we're after a Procurement Coordinator / Project Administrator to be based in our Brisbane CBD head office. This person will largely provide procurement support within our Precontracts team to assist with the wider tenders / bids.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for compiling and analysing quotes for tender submissionsFocus on sourcing suppliers and subcontractorsIssuing RFQs and managing quote collectionEnsure a timely response and compliance with procurement proceduresWorking closely with the Estimators and Project EngineersThe ideal person:A good work ethic and be able to achieve results with minimal supervisionAcute attention to detailA can-do attitude, willing to learn and go the extra milePrevious experience within the engineering / construction sector would be advantageousMust be able to work to deadlines Bellwether provide opportunities for career development and the chance to be influential in the overall growth of the business.
