Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for a Procurement Data Analyst who is curious, analytical, and proactive to join our Procurement Center of Excellence team, based in our HQ office in Brussels, Belgium.About The RoleYou will play a key role in transforming procurement through data-driven insights and digital tools. Your mission is to turn complex data into actionable recommendations that improve sourcing strategies, supplier performance, and compliance. This is an opportunity to work on impactful projects in a global organization where innovation and collaboration matter.Who You’ll Work WithYou will be part of a dynamic, international procurement team that partners with business stakeholders and external suppliers. Together, we aim to deliver greater value by connecting business needs with innovative market solutions. You’ll also collaborate closely with IT and digital teams to enhance data pipelines and analytics capabilities.What You’ll Do Collect, clean, and validate procurement data for accurate reporting Build dashboards and KPIs to track procurement performance Analyze spend and supplier data to identify trends and opportunities Collaborate with IT to improve data flows and automation Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and effectively Support procurement transformation projects and digital tool enhancements Interested? For this role we’re looking for: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Business Analytics or any relevant field Between 2 and 4 years of experience as a data or business analyst. Experience in procurement or supply chain is a plus Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI preferred), Excel and data processing (SQL, Python) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams Fluent in English and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment Are you ready to ‘go beyond’ to create value and make your mark for patients?
