We are committed to delivering memorable dining experiences by combining quality food, excellent service, and vibrant ambiance.Job PurposeThe Procurement Executive (F&B) is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing food & beverage products, consumables, and supplies required for the company’s outlets and central kitchen. This role ensures cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery while maintaining strong supplier relationships and supporting operational needs.Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & SourcingSource, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers/vendors for F&B and non-F&B items.Ensure procurement of high-quality products at competitive prices.Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers.Order ManagementProcess purchase orders based on outlet and central kitchen requirements.Ensure timely ordering and delivery to avoid stock shortages or overstocking.Coordinate with warehouse and outlets on inventory levels and stock replenishment.Supplier ManagementBuild and maintain good relationships with suppliers.Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and product quality.Conduct supplier evaluations periodically.Cost & Budget ControlMonitor procurement costs and ensure compliance with company budgets.Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.Maintain accurate procurement records and price comparisons.Compliance & StandardsEnsure all purchases comply with company policies, food safety, and Halal certification standards.Keep updated with market trends, new products, and industry regulations.Reporting & CoordinationPrepare regular reports on purchasing activities, cost analysis, and supplier performance.Work closely with outlet managers, chefs, warehouse, and finance team to align procurement needs.Support audits by providing necessary procurement documentation.Key RequirementsDiploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.At least 2–3 years’ experience in F&B procurement or supply chain (restaurant, hotel, or central kitchen preferred).Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.Knowledge of food safety, Halal certification, and F&B industry standards.Proficient in MS Office and procurement systems/software.Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
