Job Description

The Procurement Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day procurement activities from supplier verification to shipment, ensuring products meet cost, quality, and delivery expectations. This role demands a strong grasp of logical thinking, communication, and cost negotiation, along with a growing awareness of cross-functional collaboration across design, QA, and logistics. The Procurement Executive plays a key role in ensuring seamless order execution and continuous improvement of procurement efficiency, tools, and templates.WHAT YOU’LL DOProcurement ExecutionExecute end-to-end procurement process — from supplier vetting, costing study, price negotiation with suppliers and buyers, order placement, to shipment readiness.Prepare quotation files for client timely.Understand and Compliance for internal and SuppliersManage supplier communication, follow-ups, and feedback loops to ensure clear expectations and accountability.Costing & NegotiationMonitor and maintain accurate cost sheets, understanding how unit costs impact overall margin and budgets.Negotiate effectively with suppliers to achieve better cost-value balance without compromising quality or lead time.Support managers in cost analysis and margin improvement initiatives.Supplier & Stakeholder ManagementServe as the main contact point between suppliers, buyers, managing expectations and communication flow.Verify supplier’s status and collect information to meet expectations: CSR, Certifications, Regulations.Update supplier information on Odoo systemsAddress issues proactively and escalate unresolved matters with clear proposed solutions.Proactively keep in contact with suppliers and maintain good relationships.Process & System ImprovementEnsure that all SOP is followed.Improve Internal purchase order system and order tracking reports.Identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Share insights and updates with the team to refine workflows and templates.Planning & InsightsSupport seasonal or category planning by providing market feedback, cost trends, and supplier insights.Contribute to assortment refinement based on sales performance and custom REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Trade, Procurement, English or related field.Minimum 1 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or merchandising — ideally within home décor, furniture or manufacturing industries.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Excel, PO systems, and data tracking/reporting tools.Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.Data-driven mindset.Willing to learn new things.✨ Why should you apply?
