About Uni Export:Uni Export is a leading and pioneering supplier of wood pellets in Vietnam and Asia, with a substantial 19-years experiences.Operating 5 production plants, we currently deliver a supply of over 500,000 tons of biomass energy, along with 300,000 tons of wood sawdust, wood shavings, wood powder; and more than 18,000 cubic meters of plywood annually. The company has established a long-term and strong relationship with reputable conglomerates from Europe, Japan, and South Korea to provide green fuel and achieve the common goal of zero emissions.Responsibilities:Procurement Planning & ExecutionPlan and coordinate the procurement of raw materials and supplies based on the planning department’s requests, ensuring timely and accurate sourcing to meet production needs.Create and manage purchase orders and contracts, ensuring compliance with company standards, and submit them to suppliers for processing while tracking progress to ensure timely delivery.Supplier Relationship ManagementIdentify and source new suppliers, negotiate prices, terms, and delivery conditions to secure the best value for both spot purchases and long-term agreements.Evaluate suppliers based on pricing, quality, and delivery performance, ensuring that the most suitable suppliers are selected for each category of goods.Order Tracking & LogisticsMonitor the progress of orders, ensure timely updates on order statuses, and adjust procurement plans as needed based on changes in customer requirements.Expedite purchase orders to ensure timely delivery by coordinating with suppliers and logistics, prioritizing urgent orders to meet changing customer demands.Supplier Evaluation & ComplianceMaintain and update a database of supplier information, performing regular evaluations to assess supplier performance and ensure adherence to contractual terms.Reconcile liabilities with suppliers, handle payment requests, and ensure timely and accurate payment processing.Reporting & CoordinationProvide weekly reports on procurement activities, highlighting key metrics such as order progress, supplier performance, and cost savings.Work closely with other departments, such as production and logistics, to align procurement strategies with company needs and ensure uninterrupted material supply.Assist in other procurement-related tasks assigned by the Procurement Manager or senior management, ensuring smooth procurement operations.Requirements:University Degree/ College in related fieldsAt least 2 years of experience in the same positionGood English is a plusWillingness to go on a business trip within Vietnam.Proficient in computing and MS Office 365.Good negotiation skills.Fast learner, Independence, passion for procurementStrong research and organizational skills.Strong negotiation and communication skillsGood time and tasks management skills.Have excellent planning and reporting skills.Outstanding problem-solving, analytical/ decision skills.Working location and hours:Location: Floor 2, Master Building, 41-43 Tran Cao Van Street, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, VietnamTime: Mon-Fri (8.00 AM - 5.00 PM) & Sat (8.00 AM - 12.00 PM - WFH available)Benefits:Premium Private Health Insurance (Bao Viet Insurance)13th-month salaryKPI bonus (based on business performance)Regular training, company team building, birthday - holiday bonus, happy hourYearly salary reviewAnnual health check-upOther welfare is in accordance with Vietnam labor regulationsLaptop and other working devices provided
