ResponsibilitiesFull spectrum of Procurement function - Responsible for sourcing, selection and negotiation with vendorsSupplier Management – setting up and maintaining of Preferred Supplier List, working in alignment with Global/Regional Category teamsPurchasing Spend – monitor, track, validate purchasing spend, and to identify sourcing opportunities/savingsStakeholder Management – drive sourcing initiatives with internal stakeholders.

Ensure group procurement process/policies are adhered toTools & Systems – be subject matter expert in tools/systems. Organise, collate and upload vendor contractsAny other tasks as assignedRequired: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain/Purchasing or equivalent6 years’ experience in sourcing, procurement and contracting management, in Indirect category (External Resources, Real Estate, IT & Telecom)Able to work in fast paced environmentAble to communicate effectively with all levels of organisation, with cross functional teams (legal, finance, tax etc). Good interpersonal skillsRegional exposure.
