This role ensures operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and strategic alignment with corporate digitalization goals. As a senior leader, the manager will act as a key enabler of innovation, compliance, and scalability across procurement operations, while maintaining a strong focus on cost optimization, supplier performance, and category strategy.ResponsibilitiesTotal expenditure to be managed is approximately USD 100 million per year.Manage more than 20 PMF suppliers and requests for proposals (RFPs) (Supplier Relationship Management).Process Mapping and Improvement, Document current processes (BPMN, SIPOC, etc.), Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, Propose redesigns aligned with best practices.Automation Design and execute automations using tools like Power Automate, UiPath, or SAP IRPA, Implement digital workflows for approvals, purchase orders, contracts, etc.Digital Agenda, Develop and implement the digital roadmap for the procurement area, Coordinate the adoption of e-sourcing, e-invoicing, and e-contracting platforms, Monitor digitalization and efficiency KPIs.Project Management, Lead digital transformation projects within procurement, Coordinate with IT, Finance, and suppliers to ensure technological integration.Data Analysis, Create dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau, Analyze procurement data to support strategic decision-making.Harmonize the bidding process and cost structures for PMF.Co-lead, design, and implement sustainability projects for the region/field (PiP+ agenda).Validate new sources of supply and develop suppliers for exclusive sourcing materials.Present monthly financial reports.Ensure the accuracy of monthly forecasts together with the planning team.QualificationsWho Are We Looking For? Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.Experience in Logistics and Supply Chain OperationsExperience in implementing digital transformation tools in supply chainFluency in English to negotiate with global teams and suppliersExperience in procurement, process improvement, or digital transformationNegotiation skills with extensive knowledge of direct materials (at least 3 years) and process change managementExperience using AIBudget management2+ years of experience in Direct Purchasing/Supply with potential for further advancement within the GP organizationAbility to identify and capitalize on opportunities to optimize the categoryExperience in financial analysis and cost modelingExperience in sustainable sourcing in agriculture is a plusStrong collaborative skills: within the Global Purchasing and PepsiCo divisions; with internal customers and suppliers; conflict resolution and teamworkPreferred certifications: Lean Six Sigma, BPM, RPA Developer, Power Platform.If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.What can you expect from us:Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs.
