Do you want to be a part of the team that creates the best electronic music instruments in the world?Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a structured and forward-thinking Procurement Lead to shape and drive our procurement function - with a strong focus on strategic sourcing, supplier development, and project-based procurement. You’ll be responsible for aligning procurement efforts with business goals, improving cost efficiency, reduce and mitigate risk, and ensuring quality and supply performance as we grow.Your main focus will be on supplier negotiations, ensure contracts and frame agreements are in place, performing audits, evaluating and developing suppliers, managing sourcing projects for new products and components, and supporting long-term planning. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-impact environment, wants to take ownership, and enjoys building efficient procurement structures from the ground up. This position will require travels on a regular basis and is located at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden.Key responsibilitiesDrive sourcing strategies and supplier selection for existing and new product initiativesIdentify and drive cost-reduction initiatives and process improvements across the supply chainManage supplier relationships and performance – including cost, quality, and delivery metricsCollaborate with product development, production, and sales in sourcing and procurement projectsParticipate in contract negotiation and evaluationSupport forecasting and planning activities to align supply capabilities with business needsWe believe we can be a great fit if you...Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience from procurement, supply chain or sourcingMaster of Science in Industrial engineering, Economics, Business Administration or similar experienceHave an analytical mindset and structured way of working, together with strong negotiation and problem-solving skillsHigh level of ownership and ability to drive initiativesCollaborative, communicative and comfortable working across functions and with internal stakeholdersKnowledge of quality assurance and supplier auditsAre fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and writtenValued skillsExperience from electronics, mechanics and/or been working with contract manufacturersFamiliarity with ERP systems and Procurement Planning ToolsExperience from working close to Product Development or cross-functional projectsYou have worked with the concept of Continuous ImprovementWhat we offerA dynamic organization with a flat hierarchy, where you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact and take ownership of your work.
