We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.Responsibilities:Manage the procurement process for across all brands.Handle packaging procurement needs for all brands.Oversee the procurement of all marketing-related printing materials.Ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing while maintaining quality standards.Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to support campaign and event needs.Maintain strong relationships with vendors and explore opportunities for cost savings.Monitor procurement timelines, budget, and vendor performance.Requirements:Minimum 3+ years of experience in procurement.Proven experience in supporting marketing-related procurement, such as merchandise, printing materials, OOH (Out-of-Home) media, and uniforms.Experienced in sourcing and onboarding new vendors.Hands-on experience with international procurement and import processes.Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.We have a 'CREATED' culture (Collaboration, Responsible, Efficient, Agile, Tough, Extraordinary, Detail).
