The first humanoid product, AEON, was launched in June 2025 and combines agility, awareness, spatial intelligence and versatility to provide a market-leading solution for automotive, transportation, aerospace, manufacturing, and logistics customers.We are looking for a Procurement & Logistics Lead to manage the procurement and supply chain activities that keep our projects running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, coordinating logistics including shipments, and collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams to ensure alignment with timelines and budget.Your MissionBeing part of dynamic team that combines the agility of a startup with the reach of a global technology leaderThriving in a diverse, interdisciplinary environment where innovation, precision, and collaboration drive every projectPlaying a key role in bringing advanced robotic systems to life by sourcing high-quality electrical and mechanical components and materials from around the worldCoordinating with engineers and suppliers to ensure the timely availability of critical parts for prototype builds and production phasesManaging procurement activities from quotation to delivery — ensuring competitive pricing, reliable suppliers, and seamless logisticsSet up supplier contracts and framework agreements together with our legal teamOrganizing and monitoring inbound & outbound international shipments to support smooth assembly, testing, and rolloutDrive supplier negotiations, drafting and maintaining contracts and framework agreements, and building long-term supplier relationshipsTaking ownership of procurement processes, supplier communication, documentation, and SAP-based purchasing workflowsContributing to continuous improvement by streamlining procurement and logistics processes for greater efficiency and transparencyYour SkillsetDegree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field3+ years of experience in within robotics or similar high-tech industries sourcing electrical and mechanical components is requiredExperience in logistics of electrical and mechanical components and subassembliesExperience in setting up supplier contract and framework agreementsGood understanding of technical drawings and production processesProficient in SAP and MS Office, experience with Confluence and Jira is a plusYou are a skilled negotiator, proactive, structured, agile and solution-orientedYou are comfortable working in a multicultural and evolving environmentYou are fluent in English, German is advantageousWhat You’ll GetFlexible working hours and a hybrid model for real work-life balanceGenerous vacation: 25–30 days depending on ageCHF 500 mobility credit for sustainable commutingBonus system & strong pension contributionsTailored training & development opportunitiesRelocation support for a smooth startDiscounts on health, mobility & entertainmentTeam events and a flat hierarchy where your voice countsA warm, international culture built on respect and collaborationGreat robots need great people.
