Lead procurement strategy for all interior-related materials and products in high-end luxury projects.Identify, evaluate, and onboard domestic and international vendors specializing in luxury interiors.Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining premium quality.Work closely with design and project management teams to translate design intent into accurate sourcing.Ensure timely delivery and quality assurance of sourced materials as per project timelines.Establish long-term relationships with artisanal vendors, boutique suppliers, and niche manufacturers.Manage inventory, logistics, import/export documentation, and compliance requirements.Track market trends, new materials, and innovations in the luxury interiors sector.Oversee procurement budgets and provide regular reports to senior management.Evaluate vendor performance periodically and ensure adherence to quality and service expectations.
