Job Title: Manager/Sr. Manager – Brand & Supply ChainLocation: Worli, MumbaiExperience:10–12 years of proven experience as a Procurement Manager/Supply Chain professional.Experience in the food/QSR industry preferred.Reports To: General Manager – Purchase About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager – Brand & Supply Chain to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in managing pre-opening brand operations, franchise supply chains, and strategic procurement to ensure smooth business operations and cost efficiencies. Key Responsibilities:Brand Management:Serve as the pre-opening SPOC for the SCM team.Manage and coordinate franchise supply chains for associated brands.Procure food products including ready-to-eat, ready-to-cook, frozen, retort, and processed foods.Work closely with the Business Head and regional supply chain teams.Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies and policies. Track key metrics and KPIs to reduce costs and optimize processes. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies. Drive initiatives to generate savings from franchise raw material procurement in collaboration with category buyers. SCM Planning:Act as SPOC for SCM planning and material fulfillment.Forecast and mitigate supply chain challenges to maximize fill rates.Determine stock demands based on current and future business operations.Communicate with vendors to ensure material availability.Ensure steady stock flow without overcapitalization.Recommend inventory warehousing adjustments to meet demand changes.Determine optimal purchase timings based on market trends and category team feedback.Liaise with buyers and procurement managers to source appropriate products.Implement logistical strategies and new technologies to meet business targets.Forecast future demand for goods, services, and purchase requisitions.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure procurement needs are met.Strategize and lead logistics initiatives with 4PL/3PL partners.Qualifications:Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Logistics.Experience in brand management is an advantage. Knowledge & Skills:Strong knowledge of suppliers, MS Office, and ERP systems.Excellent negotiation, data analysis, and networking skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively.
