Job Description

Position Purpose:The Procurement Manager is responsible for leading and executing the end-to-end procurement strategy across EVA Interiors’ luxury interior and fit-out projects. This position ensures that all FF&E, finishes, and project materials are sourced, negotiated, and delivered in alignment with design intent, project timelines, and budgetary frameworks. The role bridges design, project management, and logistics—ensuring the seamless flow of materials from international sourcing to on-site delivery.Core Focus Areas:High-End Product Sourcing (FF&E & Finishes)Identify and source premium materials, finishes, and FF&E items aligned with the design intent and project specifications.Develop and maintain relationships with high-end suppliers, manufacturers from global markets (e.g., Italy, Turkey, India, China, and Europe).Ensure product quality, design consistency, and material authenticity.Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, pricing, reliability, and compliance with company standards.Project-Based Procurement PlanningCollaborate closely with Project Managers, Design Teams, and FF&E Specialists to create detailed procurement schedules and material submittal plans.Align all purchases with approved BOQs, project budgets, and timelines.Track procurement against project milestones and critical paths, anticipating and resolving potential delays.Lead negotiations and contract finalizations for vendors and service providers.Maintain transparency on project cost forecasting and ensure alignment with financial controls.Logistics Oversight and Delivery CoordinationOversee international and local shipments, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and delivery scheduling.Coordinate between suppliers, logistics partners, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and damage-free deliveries.Supervise all inbound and outbound material documentation, inventory logs, and supplier invoices.Ensure full ERP (Epicor preferred) utilization for purchase tracking, delivery status, and financial reconciliation.Implement and monitor material delivery KPIs (lead time, cost variance, delivery accuracy).Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise the entire procurement cycle for multiple concurrent interior design and fit-out projects.Evaluate and prequalify suppliers based on material specialization, reliability, and financial stability.Prepare RFQs, compare technical and commercial bids, and recommend optimal vendors.Coordinate directly with the FF&E and Design teams to ensure product compliance with specifications.Manage vendor contracts, payment terms, and performance evaluations.Optimize cost savings through strategic negotiation while maintaining luxury quality standards.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global sourcing trends, alternative materials, and sustainable options.Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sourcing standards, and UAE import/export regulations.Provide regular procurement progress reports to management and project leads.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Interior Design (preferred).7–10 years of proven experience in high-end, project-based procurement, ideally in luxury interiors, hospitality, or palatial residential projects.Demonstrated experience sourcing from international markets (Italy, Turkey, India, China, and Europe).Comprehensive understanding of freight forwarding, customs processes, and local delivery logistics.ERP proficiency—preferably Epicor or equivalent systems.Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.Strong understanding of project budgets, lead times, and critical path tracking.Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively resolve issues.
