Manager, Procurement Fullerton Healthcare Group aims to transform the delivery of healthcare digital services by taking an "outside-in" view, putting patients and businesses at the heart of everything we do. We also actively involved in the pandemic vaccination and swab centres regionally in addressing the needs of our patients.ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end delivery of sourcing projects and category management activities for business stakeholders, along with commercial management of key suppliers.Adherence to the company Procurement policy and processes, including collaboration with Legal (GCO), Risk Management and other support functions.Provides structured management and accurate progress reporting on all projects.Lead Request for Proposals/Quotation/Information (RFx) including strong commercial contractual negotiations, while partnering with stakeholders and shared functions such as GCO, Risk Management and Vendor Assurance & execute sourcing projects in line with the Procurement policy and within the timeline as agreed with key stakeholdersDevelop strong relationships with key business stakeholders and report procurement progress via regular meetings.Continuously deliver procurement and the assigned category insights to key stakeholders and educate the procurement process to local staff and stakeholders as needed.Solid knowledge of key suppliers and their position in the market, in addition to working through current market intelligence resources and partners to perform the latest research.Minimize contractual risks to the company and manage supplier relationships according to the company’s Procurement policies.Achieve value targets, while innovatively developing new cost reduction strategies to improve negotiable spend via sourcing and demand management activities; including spend consolidation and supplier rationalization.Provide accurate monthly reporting on deals and timely submission of savings forms.Manage the Procure to Pay (P2P) system and transaction approvalsResponsible for the efficacious of vendors’ contract negotiations and managementAny projects assigned to.Skills and attributesA strong team player, comfortable working collaboratively, virtually and independentlyExcellent communication and networking skills – able to effectively manage and influence senior leaders as well as a broad range of internal and client facing professionalsAbility to work in a high pace, agile environment.Experience in managing Indirect spend eg Marketing, IT, Professional Services, Courier & Transportation services will be a plus.High level of cultural awareness and EQProcurement experience of at least 8 years.Education Degree/ Diploma in Supply chain, Business Administration, or EngineeringBy submitting your application, you grant consent to Fullerton Health and affiliates to utilize your information to assess job suitability and be considered for other suitable positions.
