Hiring Procurement Manager for Construction company - Lahore. About the client: One of the Top Construction Company. About the Role: Manager ProcurementJob Description:- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives and project timelines.· Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality and timely availability of materials.· Review purchase requisitions (PRs) from sites and departments, verify technical specifications, and ensure approval processes are followed. · Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules with vendors to achieve best-value procurement while maintaining quality standards. · Issue purchase orders (POs), monitor order status, and ensure on-time delivery of goods and services. · Coordinate closely with the Finance and Store teams for invoice verification, payment processing, and inventory control. · Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors to ensure consistent supply and performance. · Monitor and track market trends, material price fluctuations, and availability to make informed purchasing decisions. · Maintain updated procurement records, supplier databases, and documentation in the ERP or procurement management system.· Ensure all procurement activities comply with organizational policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.· Collaborate with Project Managers and Site Teams to forecast material requirements and avoid shortages or overstocking.· Evaluate supplier performance through periodic review based on quality, cost, and delivery parameters.· Contribute to cost-saving initiatives through process improvement, bulk purchasing, and strategic vendor partnerships. · Prepare procurement status reports and present updates to senior management. · Perform any other task assigned by the management.Other Details: Location: Onsite - Lahore Working Days: Mon - Sat ( 9am - 6pm) Salary: Market Competitive Benefits: 600 CC Car - Fuel - PF - Family Medical - Eid Bonus.
