If you are passionate about making an impact and working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to check the position below and join our team!About the roleThe Procurement Manager - Indirect Costs is responsible for developing and executing effective sourcing strategies for all indirect spend categories across the European region. This role ensures the optimization of supplier performance, cost efficiency, compliance with company policies, and supports business objectives. The manager will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, manage supplier relationships, and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sourcing strategies for all indirect cost categoriesLead contract negotiations, manage supplier selection, and ensure compliance with company procurement policiesAnalyze spend data and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvementsBuild and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliersMonitor supplier performance, manage contracts, and resolve supplier issues promptlyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement initiatives with business needs and objectivesEnsure adherence to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards in all procurement activitiesPrepare and present procurement reports, savings achievements, and market analyses to senior managementLead or support regional and global procurement projects and initiativesActively contribute to the development and implementation of procurement best practicesPosition requirementsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.Professional procurement certification (e.g., CIPS, ISM, etc.) is preferred but not essentialMinimum 5 years of relevant procurement experience, with a focus on indirect categories, ideally in an international environment.Proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation.Experience working in the logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry is an advantage.Knowledge of procurement systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Coupa, Ariba, etc.) if preferableFluent in English; proficiency in other European languages is an asset.Willingness to travel within Europe as required.
