Job DescriptionCould your expertise in procurement sourcing and strategy be the key to crafting LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam (LMV) success?As Procurement Manager (IM&S), you’ll shape the backbone of our supply chain in our newest LEGO factory in Binh Duong. Join a dynamic team, negotiate high-stakes contracts, and build a legacy of efficiency and impact.Core ResponsibilitiesSourcing To Understand the business needs and provides supply and sourcing strategies in compliance with product specifications and Category requirements. Negotiation & Cost analysis To drive quotes and cost analysis and breakdown for negotiation, price adjustments by cost drivers and to create a healthy competitiveness environment.Risk Management To Identify, manage, and communicate risks by leading action plans to avoid/mitigate potential impacts from own area and linked to internal customers points of connection.Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) To lead Supplier Relationship Account by developing, evaluating and with a continuous improvement approach to the Vendors as responsible. Market & key indicators tracking To analyze industry, economic and financial key indicators along with legal conditions to track actual & projected trends that influence on price variance factors to estimate impacts and drive actions to mitigate them.Productivity & Continuous Improvement To drive productivity and efficiency initiatives internally and with suppliers, providing saving to the business and workload reduction.Project Management as leader or participant.Digital skills (Power BI) Manage and develop visual and interactive insight for analyze from own area of responsibility.Play your part in our team succeedingWe emphasize building strong relations to our business partners and support them in achieving their priorities. The main focus is to stable supplier platform in full compliance with all LEGO requirements such as safety, quality, ethical manner and in the level competitive price.This position exists to manage all the commercial aspects with LEGO Suppliers to ensure the supply of Indirect materials and services to LMV on time and with the right level of quality agreed with our internal customers and stakeholders.Do you have what it takes?5-10 years of experience within Procurement processes specially on Indirect Material & Services (IM&S) categories.Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.General understanding of the supply materials via MRP within a Manufacturing environment. Experience in participating in Projects impacting the Organization within Supply Chain and productivity areas. Global and local collaboration environment experienceSkills RequiredMS Office Proficiency Intermediate Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.Procurement Expertise Strong background in category management, supplier relationship management (SRM), and advanced negotiation skills.Continuous Improvement Skilled in process mapping, PDCA, strategy deployment, and problem-solving tools.Decision Making Ability to assess situations, evaluate alternatives, and select optimal solutions using tools like RAID.Stakeholder Management Expertise in mapping stakeholders and building effective communication strategies.Risk Management Proficient in analytical risk assessment to develop contingency plans and mitigate impacts.Prioritization & Goal Setting Strong ability to set and manage priorities effectively.Language Proficiency Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to influence stakeholders and negotiate effectively.Results-Driven Committed to achieving measurable outcomes with clear success criteria.Innovative Thinking Challenges norms with creative ideas to enhance processes and outcomes.Customer-Centric Aligns procurement processes with internal customer needs to drive value.Strategic Mindset Translates business strategies into actionable priorities, balancing operational and strategic goals.Agile & Proactive Self-motivated learner, anticipating challenges and acting swiftly to optimize results.Digital Aptitude Detail-oriented, innovative, and eager to leverage digital tools for efficiency.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
